1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Safe Zone Game Topup, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Safe Zone provides game top-up services for Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Magic Chess, and other mobile games. We facilitate the purchase of in-game currency and subscriptions.

3. User Account

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining your password security
• One account per user is recommended
• You must not share your account with others

4. Orders and Payment

• All orders require Player ID and Server ID (where applicable)
• Payment must be completed before order processing
• Order delivery typically takes 10-30 minutes
• Rejected orders will be refunded to your account balance

5. Refund Policy

Orders rejected due to invalid Player ID or unavailable stock will be fully refunded to your Safe Zone balance. Refunds are processed automatically within 30 minutes. Refunds are not available for successfully delivered orders.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using stolen payment methods
• Attempting to hack or exploit the system
• Creating fake accounts
• Abusing coupon codes or promotions
• Any illegal activity

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Balance in suspended accounts may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may occur without prior notice.

9. Pricing

All prices are in Myanmar Kyat (Ks). Prices may change without prior notice. Confirmed orders will honor the price at the time of order placement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Safe Zone is not liable for issues caused by game publishers (bans, server issues, etc.). Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
